Hamilton is the tiny capital of Bermuda — a British Overseas Territory in the middle of the Atlantic, known for its pink beaches, the Bermuda Triangle, and its pastel colonial architecture. With only about 900 residents in the actual city, Hamilton is one of the smallest capitals in the world, but the economic and cultural heart of the island. Horseshoe Bay Beach is the most famous, but the secluded Warwick Long Bay is equally spectacular. The Crystal Caves and Fantasy Cave with their stalactites and underground lakes are among the most beautiful caves in the world. Bermuda offers world-class sailing, diving to over 300 shipwrecks, and the unique atmosphere of a British Crown Territory with left-hand traffic, cricket, and afternoon tea — all in a subtropical climate.
