The cliff walking trail (Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos) leads from Praia da Marinha westward over seven hanging valleys to Carvöiro — one of the most spectacular coastal hikes in Europe with breathtaking views of caves, rock arches, and secluded coves. The nearby Benagil Cave, accessible only by boat or swimming, is another natural wonder with its natural skylight. Praia da Marinha has no beach bar, so bring provisions.
