Soufriere also features the only drive-in volcano crater in the Caribbean (Sulphur Springs), mud baths, the Diamond Botanical Garden with a waterfall, and Anse Chastanet for snorkeling. St. Lucia produces excellent rum — St. Lucia Distillers are known for Chairman's Reserve.
