About Livingstone

Livingstone on the banks of the Zambezi is the gateway to the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side and one of Africa's adventure capitals. The city is named after the Scottish explorer David Livingstone and combines colonial heritage with vibrant African life. From bungee jumping off the Victoria Falls Bridge to white-water rafting in the Batoka Gorge, the city offers one adrenaline rush after another. At the same time, sunset cruises on the Zambezi and safaris in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park provide more tranquil experiences.
