What does Barcelona cost?
Barcelona is in the European mid-range — significantly cheaper than London, Paris, or Switzerland, but more expensive than most southern Spanish cities. Food and drink are comparatively cheap, accommodations and entrance fees can be costly. Since 2024, Barcelona has been charging a tourist tax (up to €4/night in addition to the hotel).
