Customs

Within the EU, there are no customs checks. Generous guidelines apply for personal use (800 cigarettes, 10 l spirits, 90 l wine). When importing to Germany: Goods over 430 € (flight) or 300 € (car/train) are subject to customs. Artifacts and antiques over 65 years old may not be exported without an export permit — this also applies to flea markets!
