Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay is Singapore's green masterpiece — 101 hectares of futuristic garden architecture on reclaimed land right by the water. The facility is living proof that Singapore is serious about the title "City in a Garden".
Supertrees
The 18 Supertrees (25–50 m high) are vertical gardens made of steel — planted with ferns, orchids, bromeliads, and mosses. During the day, they provide shade, at night they transform into a light spectacle: The Garden Rhapsody light show (19:45 and 20:45, free) is one of Singapore's most magical experiences. The OCBC Skyway (12 SGD) is a 128 m long bridge between two Supertrees at a height of 22 m — unforgettable at sunset.
Flower Dome
The Flower Dome is the largest air-conditioned greenhouse in the world (Guinness record). Under the massive glass dome, plants from the Mediterranean, South Africa, California, and Australia bloom — baobabs, olive trees, cacti, and changing flower exhibitions. Thanks to air conditioning, a pleasant 23–25°C prevails — an oasis amidst the tropical heat.
Cloud Forest
The Cloud Forest houses the world's tallest indoor waterfall (35 m) and simulates the cool, moist climate of tropical mountain rainforests at 1,000–3,000 m altitude. A skywalk leads through the mist clouds past mosses, ferns, and orchids. The Lost World on the top level showcases endangered plant species. Entrance for both domes: 32 SGD (combo ticket).
💡 Tipp
Come twice: Once during the day for the domes (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) and once in the evening for the free Supertree light show. The outdoor gardens (Bay South Garden) with the Supertrees are completely free to access — only the domes and the Skyway require an entrance fee.
