Mallorca is not a cheap travel destination — especially in high season and in tourist hotspots (Palma, Deia, Port d'Andratx), prices are at the level of southern Germany or higher. Inland and in the off-season, however, it is surprisingly affordable.

💡 Tipp
The biggest money-saving trick in Mallorca is flexible timing. A week in September often costs 40–50% less than the same week in August — with better weather (less brutally hot) and empty beaches. The Menu del Dia (lunch menu) is the best deal: 3 courses with drink and bread for 12–18 euros, even in good restaurants.
