In Sur: Stay at the Sur Hotel by the lagoon and watch the dhow builders at work during breakfast in the morning. In Musandam: If you want to treat yourself to a unique experience, spend a night at Six Senses Zighy Bay — it's breathtaking. The arrival by paraglider from the mountain peak to the bay alone is worth the price. And in Salalah: The Hilton chain offers the best value for money with a pool, beach, and family facilities. The small boutique hotels (Al Fanar) are more romantic but more expensive.
